Je suis un médecin de famille, directeur de ma clinique, qui est à la recherche d’un équilibre harmonieux à la clinique médicale pour une meilleure qualité de vie. Ma deuxième réalisation, personnelle cette fois, est d’avoir été supporté par mon coach lors de la maladie de ma mère. Je réalise que Sylvie a été un pilier important avec des questions de vérité et d’authenticité sur mon désir de bien soutenir ma mère dans son épreuve. Avec elle, j’ai appris à respecter mes limites ainsi qu’à prendre soin de moi pour mieux prendre soin des autres.
Tout au long du processus, ce qui m’a le plus aidé, ce sont les suivis par séances téléphoniques des actions à poser, les encouragements par textos et les résumés de nos conversations par courriel, tout comme les outils qui m’ont été proposés (visualisation, livres, méditation, exercices et j’en passe). Tout cela a été grandement apprécié. J’ai aussi fait un voyage à Toronto et passé trois jours en compagnie de mon coach, un voyage mémorable tant en efficacité qu’en plaisir. I came into my coaching relationship with Sylvie to achieve Financial and Success Goals for my Business. To do this, I realized I needed to focus on personal areas that have long kept me stagnant: 1) increasing my confidence and self love, and 2) becoming more disciplined in my daily life. I am a Sales professional working full time (in the corporate world) and I am also an Entrepreneur (i.e. I run an Airbnb; I am working my way up in a network marketing company; and I am in the process of starting a Networking Association Chapter in my region). Needless to say, I was very busy, very driven and very unorganized. I never considered working with a coach; in fact, I didn’t even think I needed one until I spoke with Sylvie. When I met her, I really liked her energy and authenticity. I hired her to help me finish some specific tasks that had been outstanding and sitting in piles, in my office, such as my taxes, which I dreaded and avoided like the plague.

Our calls were structured; agenda’s set, tasks outlined, and I was given specific dates and times to complete the tasks. What I wasn’t expecting was the life coaching, which I didn’t know I needed - working towards becoming even more confident, more grateful, and more driven. I actually found myself more and more appreciative of the praise and recognition, when I had persevered in order to complete a task, and I craved more of this positivity and support as the months went by.
I have learned the discipline of setting appointments with myself in order to chip away at the necessary tasks that need to be completed in order to keep moving forward and reaching my big goal. Sylvie has been my personal coach for the past three years, and in that time, she has made a tremendous difference in my life. A few years prior to working with Sylvie, I had quit my job as a corporate lawyer to pursue my dream of becoming a screenwriter. I submitted the finished script to The Canadian Film Centre and was accepted into the course, beating out a 100 other writers in the process. Six months later, I sent the same script to acclaimed British writer Lynda La Plante (the creator and writer of the world-renowned British television series "Prime Suspect", and she responded by asking me to come to London, England to be one of her Script Editors. This once in a lifetime opportunity wouldn't have happened without Sylvie's help.
After taking the Script Editor job, Sylvie has helped me navigate some very challenging transitions - to a new country, a new job and a new career. With her support and guidance, I have stayed the course and am gaining the skills and experience I need to make my greatest dreams a reality.

I received coaching from Sylvie during 3 months. I had never had a personal coach before and didn’t quite know what to expect. I had both personal and professional goals that I needed help with. Since I have been consulting with Sylvie I have been able to clarify my business goals and have streamlined my business plan. I am the owner of a company preparing specialty documentation for architectural firms on their construction projects. When asked to set goals for where I wanted to be at the end of the coaching partnership, I started to be aware that there are many directions for my company to turn but Sylvie made me focus first on the short term (i.e. building a strong foundation, which I did not realize was missing but was in great need of getting straightened out) before venturing into the far future.
From the beginning, she has helped me identify the good things I like about this industry and the parts that have been challenging me and needed to be re-evaluated or revised. Then, she helped me discover ways in which I can get around some of the challenges I am facing in my industry. These were obstacles I’ve been holding on to and couldn’t find the solutions on my own to move further.
Together, we have also worked on drawing out the obstacles that stood in my way personally and have made me realize how proud and positive I ought to be of my successes and of my abilities. Sylvie's constant belief in me, my talent, my intelligence, and my knowledge of the industry, has made me re-evaluate in a very empowering way how I express this to people. As a result, I am now well equipped to powerfully present the product that I provide to others and to deal with objections I get from prospect clients that used to paralyze me but is no longer a problem.
She has been very generous with her undivided attention and extra time. After such a short amount of time, I notice my progression and self-confidence has nicely increased. I certainly appreciate these achievements and will regard this coaching experience as a great success and will continue forward, calling on what I have learned.
